Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Degree in Architecture / Interior Design with at least 5–10 years of experience in trade show stand design.

  • Preferable significant experience in the field, with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and competence.
  • Excellent command of 2D and 3D CAD systems, including AutoCAD 2D and Cinema 4D.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Availability to travel for work and manage projects in different locations.

Form The Creative Group, operating in the Trade sector as a trade show stand builder and communication agency, is looking for a Sales Account to join the company staff. We are seeking a motivated and determined person who is eager to learn, take on challenges, and engage in a stimulating role within a young, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment. The new role, included in the commercial department, will focus on developing new profitable collaborations. Specifically, the candidate will work on expanding the client and partner portfolio, offering services that are part of the company’s activities, both during normal office work and on business trips, during trade shows in Italy and abroad (mainly in Europe), with scouting activities. The role will also involve back-office management of bureaucratic and administrative practices necessary for stand construction and client participation in trade shows, with particular attention to logistical organization and contact with the trade show authority for handling participation paperwork, all under the supervision of management.

Required qualifications, knowledge, and skills:
  • Required educational qualification: High school diploma
  • Minimum experience in sales

The position is full-time and will be based at the company locations in Pontevico (BS) or Bergamo (BG).
EXPERT IN COMMUNICATION AND MARKETING
FORM, a dynamic company focused on trade show stand construction and related consulting services, as well as a strategic partner for companies in creating coordinated brand images and communication, is looking to hire a **Marketing and Communication Manager**. The role is responsible for developing marketing and communication plans for FORM clients.

The new professional will create marketing plans based on agreed budgets for initiatives such as: Web Marketing, Web Design, Advertising, Social Media Marketing, SEO positioning, AdWords campaigns, Facebook Ads, Audio and Video production, and Photography shoots. They will be able to analyze and identify the marketing and communication needs of clients, planning appropriate strategies to implement both offline and online actions to promote clients’ brand and image.

Creating events, managing PR, and maintaining contact with the media will be required activities, with particular focus on drafting content for websites, blogs, emails, newsletters, and any other necessary tools. The role will also involve maintaining relationships with clients and partners, proactively offering company services during normal office activities and, when necessary, during business trips at trade shows and/or events in Italy and abroad (mainly in Europe).
