Ceramics Fair Setup at Cersaie Bologna
With more than 100,000 visitors and over 900 stands, the exhibition requirements of exhibitors at Cersaie in Bologna are becoming increasingly demanding.
At the International Exhibition of Ceramics for Architecture and Bathroom Furnishings in Bologna, the largest Italian and international companies are present across various sectors including ceramic flooring and coverings, raw materials, equipment for ceramic products, equipment and materials for the installation and display of ceramic products, sanitary fixtures, ceramic furniture, fireplaces, and bathroom furnishings.
With a visitor flow exceeding 100,000 people and a total of 900 stands, exhibitors’ display needs continue to grow more sophisticated.
Saniplast, a company specialized in the design and production of toilet seats and accessories and complements for bathroom furnishings, entrusted Form with the realization of their stand setup, requesting particular care in creating product displays both wall-mounted and freestanding.
The main requirements were to divide the various product categories clearly and to communicate the unique selling points of each product without confusing the message.
Having designed the stand structure with multiple display walls, Form successfully exhibited the different categories using vertical wall-mounted displays, fully branded graphic panels with wall-mounted articles, and freestanding display counters.
Each display was well-lit with spotlights, neon lights, and luminous materials such as mirrored plexiglass and lacquered finishes.
Each display area corresponded to a product category, and descriptions and technical sheets were placed alongside each displayed product.
The wall dedicated to the seats was designed with illuminated vertical structures showcasing the various items, creating a path for visitors that led them to see many products while immediately perceiving the clear category divisions.
Smaller items were mounted on freestanding panels positioned at eye level.
Every aspect of the display study and exhibition methods allowed Form to differentiate its setup and convinced Saniplast to strengthen its partnership with Form for future stand setups.
